Say it once. It's on the calendar.

A calendar and task list you can talk to. Say the plan once, out loud, and Speak Calendar puts it on the right day at the right time.

Nothing to download: it runs in your web browser on a computer, and on iPhone from the home screen. How to add it. Works alongside Google Calendar.

One minute with Speak Calendar.

Nothing to download

Speak Calendar is a website that works like an app.

There's no installer. Open it in your browser, and if you like, give it its own icon in two taps.

On a computer

  1. Click Open Speak Calendar.
  2. In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, then Install.
  3. Speak Calendar now opens from your taskbar or dock in its own window, like any program.

On iPhone

  1. Open this page in Safari and tap Open Speak Calendar.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add. It opens full screen, like any app.

Using both? Link your phone and computer once under Settings, then Sync, and your calendar and lists stay the same on both.

Talk to it

Say it the way you'd say it to a friend.

Tap the mic and speak. Speak Calendar finds the day, the time and the title in what you said, and adds the event. Tap again to stop, or just pause and it stops on its own.

  • Understands "tomorrow", "next Friday" and "October 18th at 11".
  • Rather show than say? Take a photo of an invitation or flyer and it becomes an event.
  • Works on iPhone too, with one tap.

"Emma's birthday party, October 18th, 11 a.m."

Urgent

  • Pay the water bill

Do it now

  • Call John about the boat Fri
  • Book the Tahoe cabin

Take your time

  • Return library books
  • Clean the garage
The Procrastinator's List

A task list that knows you'll get to it.

Every task sits under red, yellow or green, so the urgent ones stay on top and the someday ones stay out of the way. Say "call John tomorrow" and the due date fills itself in.

  • Take a photo with your phone, or hold a page up to your computer's camera, and each line of a handwritten list becomes a task. Shopping lists work the same way.
  • Drag a task between colors to change it, or drag it off the list to delete it.
  • Your list follows you between your computer and your iPhone.
Leave on time

It tells you when to go, not just where to be.

When an event has an address, Speak Calendar checks live traffic as the time gets close and tells you when to leave. If traffic gets worse, it tells you again. Alerts can pop up on screen, be read out loud, or go to your iPhone.

Everything else

The calendar you know, with the rest of your day built in.

Day, 4 days, Week, Month, Year and Schedule views, all laid out the way Google Calendar users expect. Then it keeps going.

Google Calendar, both ways

Connect your Google calendars and changes go both directions. Add other calendars by link or file.

Shopping list

Keep a running list and send it to your Amazon cart. It learns the brands you usually buy.

Sticky notes

Pin quick notes beside your calendar, search them, and bring in your Windows Sticky Notes.

Ask Claude

A built-in assistant you can type or talk to. Say "Hey Claude" and ask away.

Tracker

Track the habits you care about, with clean charts. Connect Withings to bring in your sleep.

Notes, contacts and maps

The things you reach for while planning are one click away on the right edge.

Make it yours

More than twenty themes, and one gentle flip.

Pick a look that suits your desk. Glass and Glass night catch the light like a real screen, and turning to the next month flips the calendar over like a tablet in your hands. Fonts, text sizes, colors, background pictures and which panels you see are all yours to set.

Your data

Your plans stay with you.

Your events, tasks and notes are kept in your own browser. When you link your phone, a copy travels through the app's own private storage so both devices match; nothing is sold or shared. Turn on automatic backup and Speak Calendar saves a copy to a folder you choose, like your OneDrive or Google Drive folder.

Your plans, spoken into place.
